You book a drop-off window online, bring your unwrapped gifts to the studio in Liverpool, and we go through them together — what's going to whom, which style you want, and any gift tags you need. You'll get a written confirmation with your pickup date before you leave. Then you come back and collect everything ready to go under the tree.

Four signature styles: Classic Elegant for timeless deep green and gold, Woodsy & Nature for kraft paper, twine, and natural greenery, Modern Metallic for clean lines and shine, and Kids & Whimsical for bright, playful paper that little ones tear into happily. You can mix styles within one order — plenty of families do one look for the adults and another for the kids. Gift bags and bottle wraps are available too. Pricing is per gift and depends on size and style. You can book your wrapping spot now. November and December spots are available. No need to have the final count on your order until 24 hours before your appointment. December fills up fast, and the last two weeks before Christmas are usually booked solid by December 1st. . If you're planning ahead, earlier is always better. If you're panicking in mid-December, reach out anyway — sometimes there's room. Book a Spot to reserve a date for your order.

Turnaround is typically 3 days depending on how many gifts you drop off and how busy the calendar is. You'll get your exact pickup date in writing when you drop off, so there's no guessing.

Yes. White Glove pick up and delivery is available in the Syracuse area with a flat fee by zone plus a per-mile rate beyond that. Round trip rates start at $10 and go up to $25. Regular delivery areas include Liverpool, Syracuse, Baldwinsville, Clay, Cicero, and North Syracuse. Pickup at the studio is always free.

No — everything is included. Paper, ribbon, tags, and embellishments are all part of the service, chosen to match the style you pick. If you have a specific paper you love or something sentimental you'd like used, bring it and we'll work it in.

Most of them, yes. Bikes, wreaths, and giant stuffed animals get creative solutions rather than a traditional box wrap. These items start at $25 but we will quote your gift, just mention anything unusual when you book and send me a photo so I can quote it and set the required time aside to make the wrap perfect.

Yes. Bring a list of who gets what, and each gift comes back labeled and ready to hand out — no unwrapping in a panic to check whose is whose.

Tell me and it gets fixed. All orders are photographed at pick up or drop off. Jill’s Wrap Studio is insured and every order comes with a Customer Care Promise — if a wrap isn't right, it gets rewrapped at no charge. An important note:
