Thank you for trusting me with your gifts! I want every drop-off to feel easy and worry-free. Here is how I care for your items and keep things clear and fair for both of us.
Clear Records, Every Time
• Every order is written down and photographed at drop-off — your name, the items received, the wrapping requested, the agreed price, and your pick up or delivery date are documented.
• You’ll receive a short-written confirmation so we both have the same details. Nothing is left to memory.
Your Gifts, Handled with Care
• Your items are kept in a pet and smoke free home. They are safe, clean space and wrapped with great care from start to finish.
• Please let me know if anything inside is fragile or breakable so I can give it extra attention.
• While I treat every gift as if it were my own and we photo document all packages, we ask that you please discuss with me your valuable or irreplaceable items when booking your appointment.
Simple, Up-Front Policies
• Turnaround is typically a few days. Rush requests during busy weeks may include a small fee, always agreed in advance.
• Please pick up your gifts by the agreed date. Items left well beyond that may be subject to a friendly storage note.
• Themed wrapping: just tell me the vibe; Classic Elegant, Woodsy & Nature, Modern Metallic, Kids & Whimsical (for example) colors, style, or occasion — and I’ll create something to match. Paper, ribbon, and accessories are chosen at my discretion to best suit your theme, so each finished gift is one of a kind. Designs shown on my photo gallery are all wrapped by me and are for inspiration, exact materials may vary.
Easy Payment & Delivery
• Payment can be made online( a great way to get your total before drop-off) or, I happily accept Venmo, PayPal or Tap payments at time of drop off.
• Local pickup & delivery in Central New York are available for a small fee to cover time and mileage, simply choose White Glove Delivery at check out.
• Drop-off & pickup at my studio is always welcome , and Free!
